OUR RETURN POLICY: Dye To Match will gladly exchange or refund on items that are returned to us within 30 days of the item being shipped out to you. Please enclose a copy of the order to expedite the return. Shipping charges are NOT refundable. A restocking fee of 20% per pair returned will be deducted on all returns. This charge is necessary to prevent from ordering shoes for stylizing with a  gown. There is no restocking fee for exchanges in style, size, or material. After the 30th day, ALL purchases are considered a final sale and are not refundable or returnable. To recieve refunds for returns the following stipulations must be adhered to: 1) WORN SHOES ARE NOT EXCHANGEABLE OR RETURNABLE. If you are going to try on shoes with your dress we ask that you wear stockings, and only wear them on carpet if the soles are not scuffed from trying the shoes on at a fitting we can not take them back. 2) THE SHOES MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITI0N AS THEY WERE RECIEVED in the box that they were shipped in! This is the best packaging to use for returns . 3) SHOES OR BAGS THAT HAVE BEEN DYED ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. 4) EVENING BAGS MUST HAVE ALL THE TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND HAVE NOT BEEN USED TO RECIEVE A REFUND. 5) SHOES MUST BE RETURNED TO THE ADDRESS BELOW.This most likely will not be the return address on the box!!!! Many items sold on this site are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please make sure to cross out the old shipping label on the box before sending marchandise back for a return or exchange. It is suggested that you return packages using insured mail or U.P.S. We can not be responsible for lost items in shipping.
