Your purchase is shipped FREE via USPS ground service within 1-5 business days after your confirmed order.  Ship time will usually take 2 - 7 business days depending on how far your destination is from their location. We do not guarantee shipping times. Upgraded shipping is available -----Express mail which is next day delivery will be at your cost $20.00 & up depending on weight. Any shoe that is needed to be shipped in less than 5 days will be shipped express mail @ your cost Any shoe that is shipped to you for dress fittings or shoe sizing will be Free Shipping. Shoes that are sent back for dyeing will be charged $7.00 for shipping back to you. ** PLEASE NOTE** Never ship any items back to the warehouse. All returns and exchanges should be sent back to DYE TO MATCH in Fall River, Ma. PLEASE see our "RETURN POLICY" page for details. We ship only within the UNITED STATES . You are responsible for the cost of shipping back a return or exchange. See our "Return Policy" page for details. We offer " FREE PRECISION DYEING" on all our shoes and bags. However shipping costs will be paid by you, to and from Dye to match unless they are shipped directly to the store to be dyed. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All shoes and bags that are dyed are not returnable. Please refer to "Dyeable Information". Receiving Your Shipment The address you type in is the address we send your order to. Please be sure your address is correct, including apartment number and zipcode. Also make sure to make arrangements to accept delivery at the requested address.
